But qmailtoaster is based on version 1.03 or 1.05?

Thanks a lot for your help.I'm a litle bit lost...

Qmailtoaster is based on netqmail. In the SRC RPM there is a bunch of patches that get applied when you build it for your system. You build each SRC RPM for your system, then install them. You will then have a working Qmailtoaster server. You can also download my ISO and have a running system in as little as 15 minutes (http://qmtiso.com). If you want to apply Simpson's patches, you'll need to build Qmail from source, and Qmailtoaster is not for you. It's a "toasted" Qmail installation, meaning that most of the hard work is done for you. All you have to do is install the RPMs.
