Ok thanks a lot for you quick answers...I don't know what means
toasted... but what are the main difference between your version than
the source?

The toasted version has most of the source code pre-compiled for you. If you install from source code, you will spend 2-8 hours building the system (in my experience). Using the Qmailtoaster packages, you'll have a system in 30-60 minutes. You just have to live with what patches we supply. You could add more later, but you might as well compile from source code then.

I saw at that web site two kind of files
qmail-intel-vm-1.4.1.zip and QMT-ISO-1.4.1.iso

Where's the difference?

.iso is an install CD. Once burned to a disk, put it in your server and boot off of it. It will format your hard drive and install a Qmailtoaster server for you. The docs are located on the wiki. The vm is for VMWare. If you have VMWare installed, you can download that package and just open it in VMWare to have a running mail server.
