that would be this. it will install Centos 4 x86 32bit on your system
plus all qmailtoaster packages :)

.iso is an install CD. Once burned to a disk, put it in your server and boot
off of it. It will format your hard drive and install a Qmailtoaster server
for you. The docs are located on the wiki.
The vm is for VMWare. If you have VMWare installed, you can download that
package and just open it in VMWare to have a running mail server.
