Dear Romain,
Kindly correct me if i am wrong..........
You can setup qmail server for your below requirement, like your
linux would be first MX to receive mail from outside, Then you can write
fetchmail for pushing those mail to your exchange server .
Then sending mail through exchange:
Write in SMTPROUTE for sending mail to outside.
