Simple, really. Erik wrote up a wiki how-to to do this:

Basically do an install, add the domain to your rcpthosts file to tell
Qmail to accept email for it, then define the delivery path that
Qmailtoaster should use to deliver the mail after scanning by defining
the destination in your smtproutes file.
2 simple config file changes and you have what you're looking for.
