Thanks Maxwell. Our recent changes was, we only put our Mail Server
mail.altcladding.com.ph behind cisco firewall with NAT and still use the same
DNS & IP.

You appear to have a DNS error.
a61.com.sg resolves to 202.166.88.42 and not 203.125.98.162 Did you recently
change your DNS?
