The firewall has nothing to do with your problem. The change is
coincidental.
Your problem is that the rDNS for your IP address does not resolve:
$ host altcladding.com.ph
altcladding.com.ph has address 122.3.237.67
altcladding.com.ph mail is handled by 10 mail.altcladding.com.ph.
$ host mail.altcladding.com.ph
mail.altcladding.com.ph has address 122.3.237.72
$ host 122.3.237.72
72.237.3.122.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer 122.3.237.72.pldt.net.
$ host 122.3.237.72.pldt.net
Host 122.3.237.72.pldt.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
$
It would be best if the rDNS record pointed to mail.altcladding.com.ph
instead of 122.3.237.72.pldt.net, but if there were simply a (type A)
DNS record for 122.3.237.72.pldt.net, that would suffice.
This is something that your ISP (who provides the IP address to you)
needs to fix for you. You need to contact them to get it changed. They
should have a procedure in place, either a web app or manually, to
change the rDNS record for your IP address(es). You'll need to provide
them with the name you would like to use (mail.altcladding.com.ph). Of
course, you also need to be sure that mail.altcladding.com.ph resolves
to that address, which it does.

You appear to have a DNS error.
a61.com.sg resolves to 202.166.88.42 and not 203.125.98.162 Did you recently
change your DNS?
