I dunno, Carlos. That looks current. The only thing that isn't appears
to be your OS. I don't know why that would matter off hand.
BL is that yum wasn't finding the dkms-fuse package in the rpmforge repo
in your host.
Wait a sec. I think I may have found something. What do you have for
# ls /etc/yum.repos.d/rpmforge*
Please cat each file that matches, and post the results.

dkms and dkms-fuse should be picked up automatically from the
rpmforge repo, but that appears to be broken for your host somehow.
I'd like to get that fixed.
What do you get from:
# rpm -qa | grep forge
# rpm -q qmailtoaster-plus
