Your best option is probably to use an ezmlm list. The user should be
able to manage this on their own once you show them the ropes.
If you really need to bump the limit to 65 or so, I would suggest
creating a separate tcp.smtp file for submissions, and simply change the
limit there. This way you're not exposing all of your inbound messages
to the upper limit, and only authenticated sessions get the new limit.
Of course, the user should be using port 587 for sending.
FWIW, QMT *may* have a separate tcp.smtp file in some future release. I
think this simply makes sense.
