Is there a how to for creating a seperate tcp.smtp for submissions?

Not that I'm aware of. Should be pretty simple though.

.) cp tcp.smtp to tcp.submit, change appropriately.
.) modify qmailctl script (and /etc/init.d/qmail script if you use service command) to do to tcp.submit what it does to tcp.smtp for the cdb option
.) run "qmailctl cdb"
.) change the /var/qmail/supervise/submission/run script to use tcp.submit.cdb instead of tcp.smtp.cdb.
.) stop then start qmail

That should do it.
