That would be a nice thing to have. I'm not aware of any one place.
The qmailtoaster-plus package contains most of the useful cli commands
for QMT. Vpopmail also contains a few that are in /home/vpopmail/bin/.
This would make a nice wiki page if someone would care to put it
together. I expect it would evolve as people use it.
