As far as I can see you have spamassassin installed and running.
However, both your spamassassin and clamav are outdated, as are some of
the other packages. You can get the current packages from
http://qmailtoaster.com and install them after building from the source
RPMS.
Which OS,version and architecture are you using? eg: Centos 5.6 32 bit
