qtp-newmodel is really very little risk. It will build your new packages
while your QMT continues to process mail. You'll have control of the
whole process as it runs, right up to the point where the updates
actually take place, which takes only a couple minutes (depending on the
number of packages being updated). This is the surest and safest way to
upgrade your QMT.
