The best mechanism for fighting spam is spamdyke. It's not part of the
stock QMT yet, but is easily installed by running the
qtp-install-spamdyke script. Once it's running, you'll see ALLOWD/DENIED
messages from it in the smtp log (qmlog -f smtp).
