Am facing another issue in thunderbird configured below details but it's always asking password. Incoming server address and port is : 993 and ssl enable. And Outlook whenever open is always showing this message install certificate and do you want to continue yes or no,if i configure above config. If i click yes is open but every time asking this message. How to avoid it. In our office some users accessing email with multiple device. Do i need to any configuration for this. Kindly help.
