Hi Eric,
It's not working STARTTLS with port 143 when the client can do it (TBird
does).

I don't know why that's not working for you. Some clients can use TLS, some cannot. It depends on the client.

Whenever open outlook it's asking to install certificate in windows
machine.
How to resolve this. or Do i need to install any certificate in our
server to resolve this.

I explained this briefly below.

You need to obtain a certificate, which you'll then install on the server, and configure dovecot to use. Note, this gets tricky though if you'll be hosting multiple domains.

        Hi Bharath,
Thanks for your help. I did that it's working now. If i face any
        other
issue in squirrelmail will post here.

Am facing another issue in thunderbird configured below details
        but it's
        always asking password.

Incoming server address and port is : 993 and ssl enable.

This looks fine. I prefer STARTTLS with port 143 when the client can
    do it (TBird does).

Does the server ever accept the password you give it from TBird?

And Outlook whenever open is always showing this message install
certificate and do you want to continue yes or no,if i configure
        above
config. If i click yes is open but every time asking this
        message. How
        to avoid it.

You'll need to use a cert signed by a CA in order to get past this.
You can either purchase a cert from a registered CA (simplest
solution), or use a free service such as cacert.org
<http://cacert.org>, but then you need to install cacert's root
certificate in each client computer (and sthe server for squirrelmail).

In our office some users accessing email with multiple device.
        Do i need
        to any configuration for this.

Nope. That's the beauty of IMAP. (Note, nobody should be configured
    as a Pop3 client)
