I take it you're upgrading "manually" instead of using qtp-newmodel.
That's ok. These directories are (appropriately or not) shared by
several packages:
# rpm -qf /var/log/qmail
spamassassin-toaster-3.3.2-1.4.3
qmail-toaster-1.03-1.3.22
clamav-toaster-0.98-1.4.5
# rpm -qf /var/qmail/supervise
qmail-toaster-1.03-1.3.22
clamav-toaster-0.98-1.4.5
#
Try using the --replacefiles flag (qtp-newmodel does), and I expect it
will work for you.
Please let us know your result.
Thanks.

The latest clamav is current now. You can use the traditional
methods of
updating, and there are also binary rpms (32 and 64 bit) for
COS5 in the
mirrors if you'd like to use them instead. Not yum-able yet though.
There was a hard drive problem with the master repo yesterday, and
as a result these packages have been unavailable since that time (I
don't know the time exactly). They have been restored to the master
repo now, and will be back on the mirrors within an hour.
Thanks for your understanding.
