[qmailtoaster] clamav-0.98-1.4.5 released

The latest clamav is current now. You can use the traditional methods of 
updating, and there are also binary rpms (32 and 64 bit) for COS5 in the 
mirrors if you'd like to use them instead. Not yum-able yet though.
