While qmailadmin appears to be throwing the error, I believe the problem
might be with your httpd configuration, although I don't a problem there
on a cursory read.
Please post this error and httpd configs to the upstream support list at
[email protected] and we'll take it from there (I'm on that list too).

This 'feels' like a network configuration problem of some sort.
You've checked that the host name resolves properly?
You get the same error using IP address in url?
What about web configuration? Is there any proxy involved?
Any reverse proxy?
Have you modified any httpd configurations?
Does vqadmin and other QMT web apps (admin-toaster et al)
work ok?
