Steve,
It seems that you may have installed the Many Domain (*.qt.md.*.rpm)
version of QMT. This version uses the dovecot RPMs directly from the
Dovecot repo and would be the latest sources and binaries. I'm not sure
why you would downgrade.
List the installed QMT rpms (below) and post to list.
# rpm -qa |grep \\.qt
The latest source rpm from dovecot is here:
