If you've installed the MD version you will have to qmt repo files in
/etc/yum.repos.d: qmt-md.repo and qmt.repo with priority 6 & 7
respectively. In the first you'll find the repo
http://repo.qmailtoaster.org/8/spl/sqlmd/mariadb/testing/SRPMS/
As far as dovecot is concerned you could use the latest source rpm from
qmt site and update the dovecot sources.
