Ooops, yes I have overlook (Derrell ;)) that you have already started 
with a project. We should definitely combine the free resources here.

There already other parts of code existing which may be helpful, too:
The "inspector" project already has a sophisticated property inspector 
for qooxdoo widgets. Maybe one can use this one in such an IDE as well.
