Sure I have the table in my mind. The current table is not my friend because I fear that I have to fix upcoming critical bug since fabian is gone. I'm the first to vote for a new table widget. ;) But the reason we left it out of the roadmap was, that we can't promise that we will finish or even start it this year. I currently have no idea how fast we process building the list widget and all widgets following it. But the plans are to start building a new table after finishing the new virtual tree.
