Sorry I missed your initial question. I did't read the whole thread. Its
just too much happening on the mailing list to read all mails in detail.
But nevertheless to your question. If you think of the current data binding
implementation, there is no support for caching of storing data on the
client side. But as the models a plain qooxdoo objects supporting change and
bubble events, it could be easy to store them on a client side database.
