"Accepting a bug" means assigning it to oneself. Yes, there used to be a
shortcut, a button called "Accept this bug", which would set the assignee to
oneself.
The whole bugzilla process of having to create a bug report for every minor
fix is a PITA already, so having bugzilla become harder to use is
discouraging. It should really have every available shortcut available, not
fewer than before.
The new bugzilla is prettier, if less functional, than before. :-)
