I like the 'light' feel of the new design ... here is my feedback

* while the corners of buttons are sligly rounded, the same as the
tabs in the tabview, the windows and frames have normal square
corners, I guess it would make sense to be consistent there

* the caption bar at the top of the windows seem to have a white
frame, this causes an odd effect at the right border where it
  meets the window shadow ...

* the avtive window is not easily recognizable as the caption bar
  always has the same color

... and ...

* In the date selectbox in
  http://demo.qooxdoo.org/devel/showcase/index.html#form on chrome
linux, some of the dates are replaced by '...'

* the three trees in
  http://demo.qooxdoo.org/devel/widgetbrowser/index.html
all have distincly different vertical spaceing, ... the
TreeVirtual widget looks as if it was in desperate need for a few
  extra pixel in vertical spacing

... and a more general observation ...

* it seems a tri-state checkbox in the demo can not be brought back
into tri-state once it has been touched ...

my 2c

cheers
tobi
