I think this is a rather serious bug that should be fixed before 3.0 gets
out. Users of the app can basically make it "unusable" if a critical part of
the app (such as the main toolbar) is moved outside the browser window.
And, btw, the same problem exists also in vertical direction (moving it past
the bottom of the app).
Note: there is a "work around" for end users that got themselves into this
situation. Minimizing and then maximizing the browser gets everything back
in place. However, this does not work if the browser was maximized and then
the problem is trigger.

P.S.: I suspect that this might be related to the problem I reported last
week about qx.ui.window.Window() not resizing/centering properly. I am
going to set up a minimal application to reproduce that outside the
playground as well.
