BWT, you can see strange behaviour also if you programmatically move a
window programmatically such as in


       var win = new qx.ui.window.Window();
       var button = new qx.ui.form.Button("Open window", "resize/test.png");
       button.addListener("execute", function(e) {
                 this.debug("Open window");
                 var x  = qx.bom.Document.getWidth() - 50;
                win.open();
                 win.moveTo(x, 200);
       }, this);
