Hi Martin, if that is meant with "normal" then it's ok.
For me this is a show stopper (this "critial") because it's impossible to deliver my app to my customers with the bug present. Usually users tend to move qooxdoo windows outside of view if they want to have a look at informations behind the window. At this point most users would say the app is blocked because they can't get the window back into view. So it would be very nice, helpful to have this fixed asap.
