The ASF already has the JMS 1.1 TCK. The key would be not signing
additional people onto the NDA. I strongly suggest joining the
jcp-open mailing list if ya'll want to implement JMS, though :-)

We have a client that Implements and passes 100% of the TCK. The
question is if we can say we are compliant given the current issues with
JCP, or if we need to just say we pass 100% of the TCK.
