The ASF already has the JMS 1.1 TCK. The key would be not signing
additional people onto the NDA. I strongly suggest joining the jcp-
open mailing list if ya'll want to implement JMS, though :-)

We have a client that Implements and passes 100% of the TCK. The
question is if we can say we are compliant given the current issues
with JCP, or if we need to just say we pass 100% of the TCK.
I am not sure the answer to this question -- I swore off the JCP a
couple years ago after seeing how much JCP stuff was driven by Sun
internal politics rather than the actual JCP members, much less any
of the technologies involved.
Just wanted to point this out to ya'll, and strongly suggest that if
you do care, join the mailing list and speak up.
