Yes, exactly. One other point that I would add is that my ideal scenario when extending JMS is that if AMQP becomes prevalent, the extensions to JMS could become part of some future JMS standard, or JMS extension. This would be the case if other vendors needed to expose exactly the same set of extensions. RG
