I'd like to be on the Qpid PMC.

I've been involved since before Qpid became an apache project. I am one 
of the principal C++ contributors and have contributed code to other 
areas as well. I've been involved in design and process discussions on 
qpid-dev and qpid-private covering most aspects of the project.
