Thanks for all of the suggestions, but alas, none of them are the correct
solutions.

The problem is still occurring, and I still do not know what is causing it,
thus how to solve it.  I just come in each morning and expect to have to
hand-sort and delete 75-150 emails that were downloaded multiple times.

Some people recommended using a different email client, so I will attempt
that for a few days to see if it is Outlook related.
