I/O errors

Im getting the followng error on certain accounts in the syslog:
 
Jul 24 19:09:29 REMOVED qpopper[31950]: I/O error flushing output to client fotofeat at host217-35-64-200.in-addr.btopenworld.com [217.35.64.200]: Operation not permitted (1)
Jul 24 19:09:29 REMOVED qpopper[31950]: Stats: fotofeat 0 0 0 0 host217-35-64-200.in-addr.btopenworld.com 217.35.64.200

Any ideas?
 
Its a slackware linux box, running Linux 2.2.16
