I'm not speaking about "usability" I'm speaking about "security".
Nevertheless I disagree, because there are lot of email clientes with a very 
good public key management system (for example, the one I'm using now, 
KMail).

Ok, but peer to peer encryption is still better and more secure.

Yes, I agree with you in this issue.
But if we talk only about security, peer to peer encryption is the best 
option.
