I have been running qpsmtpd for a while (mostly due to wanting the sender_permitted_from support), and I have a few patches that might be of interest:
These would be of much more use if they were seperated into multiple patches, rather than one big one. Sure, I can probably figure out which changes correspond to which feature, but in practice, it is better to make the patches standalone...
