No, you'll need both qpsmtpd-forkserver and plugins/tls if you want to
support SMTPS. I just committed improved code for listening to multiple
IP addresses and/or ports, along with a little documentation for how to
handle port 465 handling (magically we already support 587 with the
earlier multiport change).
