Sorry - I chopped a sentence which I should have left in: "In this case,
qpsmtpd should be considered a gateway mail server as it passes mail on
to some other mailer (qmail, Postfix) which then performs local delivery."
i.e. I think it would be wrong for qpsmtpd to mangle case.
