I don't entirely disagree, but trac is more than just a wiki - it's: "...an enhanced wiki and issue tracking system for software development projects." It has subversion integration, a ticketing system, milestones, a roadmap, timeline (history), etc. I use it a lot for both personal projects, and support it professionally for my clients. R.
