There are better python wikis than trac. In particular moin-moin is
quite close to the present docu-wiki.

Moin-moin versus trac:

Trac is missing a lot.

I don't entirely disagree, but trac is more than just a wiki - it's:

"...an enhanced wiki and issue tracking system for software development
projects."

It has subversion integration, a ticketing system, milestones, a
roadmap, timeline (history), etc.

I use it a lot for both personal projects, and support it professionally
for my clients.
Check out Twiki's home page (http://twiki.org/)--look for "Success Stories" and "How is Twiki being deployed?"

It's been deployed for a number of different things including project management, knowledge base, bug tracking, etc.

It may not do everything that Trac does /like/ Trac does, but I'm sure it can handle some of the tasks you mentioned with ease.
