Right, it is confusing though, so I'll try to explain it a bit. :) The point is that Nokia the Technology Preview License Agreement only applies to non-Commercial usage and apparently doesn't allow further distribution, whatever its terms (I don't know if this agreement offers any advantage over the LGPL, I'm guessing it does otherwise there is indeed no reason to bother with it at all). Obviously redistribution and commercial usage are fine under the terms of the LGPL.
