Hello,

I am using QT for embedded development (automated control for high
altitude wind power
systems, see: www.kitepower.eu).

For many years I was using Delphi, later C and Python, but for realtime-
control- applications
only C++ and Labview are a good choice. For very small devices - as we
use them within the
kite control unit - C++ is the only choice.

QT is the only choice for me and most of my students, because pure C++
(with boost) is
too difficult for part-time programmers.

And with QT you can program desktop control applications, as well as
small control applications.

The only thing, that I am missing in QT-creator is a Python integration.
Finding a way, how to
add this would be important for me, but I think, this task could be done
even without the support
of Nokia.
