The project is released under the LGPL license, so I don't see why using 
the name in a webpage should be problematic. To my knowledge this would

If you upload the lgpl packages to a maven repo, then I don't see any 
problems with that. The packages would be usable in both opensource and 
commercial projects.

There are quite a few issues that would have to be worked out for the 
eclipse integration to be opened up and released under LGPL and we don't 
have the resources to do that, unfortunately.
