I kind of disagree here. Simple actions, like adding a new class to your project, should be done automatically by the IDE. If you want more power, for example adding a new class only for Windows, then it's ok to edit the project file. Right now, it's a pity that we have to edit the CMakeLists.txt to add a class generated by the wizard in Qt Creator. I would love to see more integration here.
