Hi people,

I am trying to simulate this position, which came up in a live game I
played this afternoon:

Players: Anand (score 380), Seena (score 305)

   A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O
   ------------------------------
 1|= ' A V O ' H O I|
 2| - " B A N D I E S|
 3| - N I D I O P |
 4|' - ' J U T '|
 5| - A T |
 6| " O H U B C E " |
 7| W O P ' A I L E D ' |
 8|E R A ' L A D Y A ' =|
 9| U E M ' ' N R ' |
10| " L Y A M G R I T " |
11| T O G - V |
12|' Q i I F E X '|
13| Z I N ' I ' N U |
14|E W E G " N " - |
15|R O L E E ' =|
   ------------------------------

Unseen: AEFORST? (8) Anand to play with CREKSST

When I generate a list of moves, and simulate them, they all come up
with negative equity. After 200 iterations of a 2-ply sim, the top move
is TURDS at G5, equity -10.86. So how do I work out my equity loss when
the equity of all words is negative. This situation is further
complicated by the fact that I actually tried NECKS/RIVENS* at 14H, and
it was challenged off. So what would my equity loss in this case be?

I'm new to simming, so I'm sorry if these questions sound basic.
