Ok, thanks for this John. I simmed my phony by adding "pass" to the move
list. After a few hundred iterations, the equity of the top move was
around -10 and that of the pass was around -41. So is my equity loss
approximately 31 (not taking into account the fact that my opponent has
seen my tiles, as you mentioned)?
