Doing so will substantially degrade the quality of Quackle's Championship analysis, which performs as many iterations as it can within 66 seconds (at least until the endgame). That is, if it is set to low priority and other tasks are running, it doesn't get enough cycles to run as many iterations as it otherwise could.
