Zax--

To be literally honest, I have indeed reported, just now, that a word
was not in Quackle when it really wasn't

Well Stu, let's be honest. Have you ever reported that word is not in
the quackle and it really wasn't?

wasn't right after HAKIMS.

I would say you need to use Encase or FTK to search your
drive. At the risk of supporting Stu, who usually is wrong in these matters, I
don't find HAKIR either on the Collins site or in a Googly search.

So Stu, do you have the right word copied and everything? Of
course if hakir is in Collins it would be next to hakuna matata.

When I used to work for a large UK defence contractor, this
is the
sort of reply we would give users in circumstances like
this:

                    "Dear Mr Goldman,
we have examined your issue carefully and after a thorough
forensic
probe, have determined that your computer
was affected by the recent cosmic shower. A single memory
transistor
cell was affected which changed state from 0 to 1,
and as a result the second bit in the letter 'F' was set,
transforming
the contents of that memory location into an 'H'.

We recommend that in future your run critical programs from
within the
faraday cage situated in the sub-basement"

                    Regards,

G (from the school of BOFH)
