I believe Saddam wasn't actually carrying out attacks either he was their leader just like Bin Laden only Bin Laden planned TWC.

That's like saying our President is just a figure head!
When we get Bin Laden this country will have a party like no other and for that time we'll be one America and then Bush will have done his Job.
It's crazy to think this country can take our time to get Bin Laden.

He's just a figure head. He is not personally carrying out any attacks. When we catch Bin Laden all terrorism is not going to end. That's why I say we'll catch him when we catch him. Efforts should be focused on the people actually plaining to carry out attacks and the support networks behind them.
